Our Refund Policy
Sealed, New In Box items.
For new-in-box sealed LEGO sets, we have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt. If your return is accepted you can take store credit, or if you wish, be refunded by your original payment method except for Cash amounts over $50, in which case a company check will be issued.
Final Sale AS-IS Items
Individual Minifigures, Pick-A-Brick, $Each, Build-A-Fig, Used/Pre-assembled sets and AS-IS sets are all Final Sale purchases. This is due to their used nature and lack of protective packaging. If you have any questions about that, you are always free to call us with questions at (781) 627-7700 during normal business work hours.
If you feel you have a refund request that falls outside our normal guidelines, please contact us during normal business hours and we will do our best to assist you.
